Job Description

1. Custodian of Sponsor Partnership

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions and community organizations to support our mission and goals.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers and staff to identify opportunities for partnership and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate school visits, workshops, and events to engage students, educators, and parents in our programs and initiatives. Ie: One Day in KYUEM and School Fair.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for schools, providing guidance, support, and assistance in accessing resources and implementing best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of school partnerships, collecting feedback and data to measure impact and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align school partnership initiatives with overall organizational objectives and priorities.
   

2. Media Strategy, Partnership and Collaborations

• Develop and execute a comprehensive media buying strategy targeting college audiences.
• Identify high-impact channels, both digital and traditional, to effectively reach and resonate with students.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to enhance brand presence on campuses.
• Negotiate and manage media partnerships to ensure optimal visibility and engagement.

3. Student Recruitment

• To recruit students for the College and ensure the student numbers are met as per target set.
• To provide information, advice and guidance for potential students and their parents on the programme offered by the Kolej Yayasan UEM.
• Provides accurate information, advice, and guidance to prospective parents about the curriculum and student life at Kolej Yayasan UEM.
• Liaising with other private colleges, institutions and companies to drive recruitment number.
• To manage and follow-up on inquiries, ensuring all walk-ins, inbound calls and emails are responded promptly, and in a professional manner.
• To handle all relevant documentation on students’ applications and admissions for student application.
• To secure appointments and follow up with prospects who are not turning up for appointment.
• To actively identify, acquire, and develop new sales opportunities.
• To maintain consistent contact with prospective and existing students throughout the enrolment process and, achieve defined in admission objectives.

4. Education Fairs & Promotional Activities

• Assist in KYUEM’s participation in all education fairs and school events and other promotional activities both online and offline;
• Contribute to the overall marketing team's goals and initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally as needed.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies on creative and promotional artworks activities.
• Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
• To coordinate School Summer Camps (Both International Schools and SMKs) .
• To train new staff in handling campus tours and One Day in KYUEM event.
• Undertakes any other duties as a directed by the Management from time to time.
