Senior Business Development / Sales Executive

JobDescription:

• Promote and present product to developer,architects, interior designers, contractor and specifiers in theMalaysia construction project market
• Approachpotential clients via cold call, email, trade show, existingdatabase, meetings
• Attend to customer'senquiries and prepare for sales proposal/quotation
• Address clients' need by providing them with informationand recommend solutions
• Manage project/salespipeline to drive new business opportunities
• Forecast sales to enable operations planning
• Achieve monthly sales target

Requirement:

• Possess initiative with the ability to workindependently with minimal supervision
• Fastlearning, proactive, good interpersonal, communication andpresentation skills and work as team
• Highproficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power point, Outlook andOffice and Teams Software
• Great written andverbal communication skills in English and BahasaMalaysia.
• Third language/dialect is not a mustbut is an added advantage
• Flexible team playerwilling to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable andenjoys challenge
• Working experience in thebuilding material/flooring/decking sector is an addedadvantage
• Possess own transport. This jobrequires travel within KL, Selangor and occasionallyoutstation.
