We are seeking a brilliant Senior Business Management & Admin to join our growing team at Crestern Property Sdn Bhd in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, ensure proper documentations and other related administrative matters are in place
  • Effective follow through to ensure that documents are timely executed, efficiently recorded, file and updated
  • Follow up and coordinate with Project Team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification, Sales Team for purchaser file matters as well as Finance Team for cash flow, billing and collection matters
  • To perform all relevant liaison and coordination with sales staff, purchasers, solicitors, bankers and interdepartmental to ensure timely execution of Sale & Purchase Agreement and Loan Agreement
  • To check sales status, commission, legal fee payment and to review sales report on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • To monitoring the progressive billings, reminders and notice of termination to purchasers/end financiers in accordance to the terms and conditions of the SPA
  • To ensure timely billings and collection of progressive billings and proper handling of loan documentation
  • Ensure the application/renewal of Developers’ License and Advertising Permits and/or other relevant permits required in the course of marketing and sales are valid all times
  • Ensure EF submission, APDL, pricing etc
  • To review and ensure timely submission of authority reports such as 7F, NAPIC report and renewal of APDL
  • Assists in project launches and others related events when required
  • Assist on the ad-hoc matter which are assigned by Superior/Management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision with strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated and committed 
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle multiples tasks simultaneously
