Senior Business Systems Analyst, APAC Supply Chain

Purpose Statement:\n\nThe Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling APAC business growth and supply chain operational excellence by leading business requirements, solution design, and delivery for SAP and in\u2011house applications. The role bridges business and IT to implement scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions that enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and process effectiveness across the region.\n\n \n\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n \n\n * System Analysis and Design:\n\n\n * * Gather and understand business requirements from business or process owners.\n * Conduct feasibilities studies and solution prototyping with relevant IT partners. \n * Define, design and re-engineer business systems solution and processes.\n * Review and ensure IT design \u0026 solution prototype are meeting business needs with user/customer experience in mind.\n * Drive solution design decisions and associated trade\u2011offs to balance business needs, technical feasibility, and long\u2011term sustainability.\n\n\n * End to End Solution Implementation:\n\n\n * * Lead and deliver end-to-end system solutions implementation including design and build review, conduct testing and user training, cutover and go live support. \n * Works closely with IT development team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of business needs.\n * Assure quality of system solutions implementation by developing and executing test plan and cases.\n * Create and provide quality training material for user assistance and system usage.\n * Resolve issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.\n * Guide implementation of enterprise and system level architectures and systems by creating and communicating well-written documentation and presentations.\n\n\n * Business Process Improvement:\n\n\n * * Identify opportunities for business process improvements and recommend system solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\n * Drive harmonization across systems and processes.\n\n\n * Business Continuity Support:\n\n\n * * SAP issues troubleshooting and fix, work requests and consultation.\n * Collaborate with SAP global team to resolve major issues and site outages.\n * SAP Access \u2013 new SAP user/license setup (new hires, role changes), SAP Training governance.\n * Audit support: Reports, transactions, queries, segregation of duties.\n * Year End Activities: Analysis and support for clean-up activities.\n * Act as a subject\u2011matter expert and trusted advisor by providing guidance, consultation, and coaching to Business System Analysts and project team members, supporting high\u2011quality solution design and delivery.\n * Influence, define, and drive adherence to system standards, best practices, and governance frameworks, ensuring scalable, compliant, and sustainable business system solutions.\n * Develop, maintain, and govern detailed documentation for system configurations, business processes, and operating procedures.\n * Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.\n * Lead and manage multiple project activities concurrently, collaborating with cross\u2011functional internal teams and external partners.\n * Manage system implementation initiatives by applying structured project management methodologies to ensure timely and effective delivery.\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nRequirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n * Requires minimum 6 to 8 years of working experience with relevant experience in as SAP Business System Analyst or in a similar role.\n * Proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP LE/WM, SD, MM, etc. Strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization.\n * Experience in managing SAP implementation projects and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\n * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system solutions.\n * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n * Knowledge and experience in SAP (S4HANA) will be advantageous.\n * Project management experience with formal accreditation is a plus.\n * Ability to navigate a cross matrixed and diverse environment.\n * Enjoy being part of a highly diversified workforce and working across different time zones.\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nRequisition ID: 626646\n\nAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most \u2013 united by a deep caring for human life.
