Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Club Assistant

Job description

• Handle guest complaint
• Assist in guest request (in the aspect of F&B service, front office and butler service)
• Provide guidance to subordinate
• Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals

Job requirement

• Minimum SPM with 2 years' experience as Club Assistant or
• Certificate in hotel Management with
1.5 years' experience as Club Assistant
• Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Posses good interpersonal and communication skill
• Basic computer knowledge
