Responsibilities:
- To carry out taking off quantities and measurement.
- To prepare and evaluate progress claims, final accounts and variation order.
- Attend site valuation and measurement of work done.
- Result oriented, success driven and self starter.
- Able to organize, co-ordinate and control payment claims from sub-contractor.
- Able to meet deadline for assignment given.
- To work out cost estimation and or budgetary cost.
- To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in Construction Field.
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients / subcontractor.
