Senior Contract Manager（高级合约经理） - Hiring Immediately

Position scope of work:

• Conduct local Malaysia contracts negotiation, revision and signing.
• Work with HQ and external attorney team on terms and especially the legal terms of contract.
• Standardization of templates for local contracts in Malaysia.
• Working closely on contract matters with HQ team in Shanghai, China.
• Statistics, analysis and management of local contracts in Malaysia.
• Manage and handle day-to-day contract duties.

Candidate requirements：

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business or law or equivalent. 
• Over 3 years of data center or ICT industrial working experience.
• Age of 28-35 will be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of the Data Centre industry will be advantageous. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Document, Powerpoint and Acrobat Reader, etc.;
• Good knowledge on social media or conference communication tools like Wechat, Lark, Teams, zoom, Tencent Meeting, etc.
• Excellent oral, reading and writing in Malaysian, English and Mandarin;
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker who works well independently and as a team.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
