SENIOR CONTRACTS EXECUTIVE - Start Now

• Assist with preparing tender documentation for new project bids, contract documentation with successful tender bids
• Conduct verification of material requisition and taking-off quantities/ site measurements of work done, preparing progress claims and invoices to clients and consultants to effect effective and efficient project management.
• Assist the Assistant Manager/ Manager, Contracts with monitoring and administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works including assistance with preparation of progress reports, the recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation.
• Conduct client site representative liaison activities.
• Conducts preparation, tender calling, and evaluation, as well as valuation of variation orders.
• Engages in negotiations with contractors/suppliers regarding building and material costs.
• Manages the processing of consultants/contractors' claims related to project matters.
• Assist and guide new staff by providing on the job training and track work progress of subordinates.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
• 5-7 years of pre and post contract management in building construction project.
• Possess good knowledge in taking-off, site-measurement, costing and tender preparation, evaluation of claims and finalization of accounts.
• Willing to stationed at Bayan Lepas, Penang 
• Willing to work on alternate Saturday.
