Wakely Property Management PLT specializes in managing short-term vacation rentals situated in the vibrant heart of KL City Center. Our primary focus is collaborating with homeowners to oversee their apartment units, subsequently sub-leasing them on renowned platforms like Agoda, Airbnb, and Booking.com for short-term stays.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service or Tourism and Hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Able to speak and write well in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Non-mandatory but Mandarin speakers have an advantage.
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office, Email)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat.
• Prepare operational schedules and arrange the operations team to ensure tasks are fulfilled.
• Communicate effectively with operations staff to ensure that guests check-ins, check-outs and request are fulfilled.
• Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform general & administrative task such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Manage and update booking platforms and systems with accurate information.
