Job Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our company's digital marketing strategy and make significant contributions to brand building and sales growth in real estate agency.

This position requires building strong internal and external partnerships and leveraging digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance the company's competitiveness in the market. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing strategy, data analytics, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and business insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, product sales, and customer conversion rates.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute digital marketing plans, including but not limited to search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of digital marketing activities to ensure all activities align with the company's goals and strategies.

• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness and ROI of digital marketing strategies using data analytics and market research.

• Manage the digital marketing team, provide guidance and support, and maintain close communication with other departments and executives.

• Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget to ensure that all activities are executed within the budget and achieve the expected results.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing field and apply them to the company's digital marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, computer science, or related fields preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of team management experience.
• Proficient in the basics of digital marketing, including but not limited to search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, proficient in using common data analysis tools and technologies such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Ability to manage and lead a digital marketing team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business insights and market sensitivity, ability to adjust digital marketing strategies based on market demand and trends.
