Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Hiring Immediately

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Manager, to whom you will be directly reporting, in ensuring that agreed campaign objectives and outputs are delivered through the integrated campaign.  
• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, branding etc.
• Optimize website content and user experience to enhance online visibility and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize, analyze, and prepare report for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the digital shopping experience.
• Approach and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the customer relations team to help resolve user inquiries on all social media channels. 
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling creatives.
• To undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team. 
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in digital marketing or related field with proven experience in managing a young marketing digital team. 
• Well-verse with all social media ads platforms, analytics tool such as GA, understanding of SEO & SEM, Email marketing and ROI optimization.
• Good analytic skills and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
