RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for promoting company's products using digital technologies.
Responsible to set up, implement and manage the online marketing and social media channels.
Proficient in content creation, strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, ranking, etc.).
Manage the company websites and e-commerce platforms.
Reply inquiries and sustain relationship & positive engagement with our online community.
Plan and deliver sales pitches to potential customers to persuade them to purchase the company's products.
To support customer service, email and live chat.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication or its equivalent in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of related working experience and passionate about all aspect of digital marketing.
Proficient with Facebook, Instagram and other top social channels.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Experience in graphic design and copy writing are added advantage.
Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work within deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Possess positive attitude with good business sense and communication skills.
