Job Responsibilities:

• To run Media ads on Social media platforms/google platforms and Chinese platforms for purpose of marketing property projects and brand awareness.
• Research and identify digital marketing trends as well as monitor our competitors’ online presence in order to propose reactive campaign strategies.
• Constantly improve the company’s corporate image and presence in the industry.
• To manage company website and update
• To Run SEO and SEM marketing.
• Strategize and execute tailored campaigns across google and social platforms to sell property projects.
• To manage the media content and all social media accounts of the company.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through the tracking and analysis of advanced performance metrics (ROI and KPIs), and recommend improvements.
• Strategize and execute campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google.
• Support the team with other ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Specialty in Strategic Marketing planning with Organic and Paid ads.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong track record, preferably in the real estate/agency industry.
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding in design and editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Media buy experience.
• Experience in WordPress is essential.
• Results-oriented as well as the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple issues and to respond quickly with an appropriate sense of urgency.
