ID:\n\nJR96601 Senior DRAM R\u0026D Product Engineer\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nAs a DRAM Product and Architecture Group (DPAG) Product Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with various Engineering and Manufacturing groups to improve DRAM yield, quality and throughput performance through electrical failure analysis (EFA) and data analysis, using your knowledge of DRAM circuits, operations and electrical testing methodology.\n\nResponsibilities and Tasks:\n\nEnsure product meets/exceeds all yield, quality, timeline commitments\n\nDebug, identify root causes, and develop solutions for failures through electrical failure analysis (EFA) and data analysis\n\nDevelop, analyze, and optimize test flows in partnership with Test and Probe\n\nProtect customer experience by partnering with QA to address customer returns\n\nMonitor yields and verify that yields meet projections\n\nEnsure that Silicon Meets Product Expectations\n\nPrioritize and identify opportunities for efficiency and technical improvements\n\nTechnical Skillsets:\n\nFamiliarity with DRAM operations and applications such as SSD and DIMMs\n\nKnowledge of logic gates and transistor operations\n\nKnowledge of semiconductor process\n\nProgramming ability\n\nPersonality: \n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership\n\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\n\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\n\nQuick technical learner and passion to innovate\n\nWilling to speak out\n\nQualification:\n\nMinimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or related disciplines\n\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in a related industry\n\nEnvironment: Office\n\nFlexible working arrangements\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nProduct Development Engineer 2 - Product Development Engineer 3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
