Senior E-commerce & Inventory Executive (Multiple positions - Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• To handle all E-commerce transactions

• Follow up duties with Media & Marketing Team to handle all E-commerce and online orders, promotions, campaigns and to ensure all shipment are packed and shipped in a timely manner

• Work closely with Operations, Purchasing, E-Commerce and Outlet Teams to manage and follow up on stock expiry or damaged items

• Receive ordered goods, ensure quality and correspondence with purchasing orders

• Perform data entry to generate goods receiving notes, transfer, return or disposal using business operating system following established procedures

• Ensure timely receiving stock, reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes

• Receive, unpack, repack, label and move inventory and materials across facilities

• Liaise with courier companies and drivers for goods distribution

• Sort, organize and store inventory in proper location to avoid loss and damages

• Assist in ad-hoc and official stock take

• Report to direct supervisor or manager

• Follow up duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior and management

• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency of online orders

• Work as a team with all other departments on day-to-day affairs to ensure the issues/concerns are resolved

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years relevant working experience in retail industry

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Inventory Control/Logistic or equivalent

• Attention to details, maintains confidentiality, able to perform a variety of tasks with thoroughness and work under general supervision

• Computer literate with organization, typing and data entry skills

• Able to work overtime, as and when it’s required
