Senior EHS Specialist

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must possess a Degree in Safety, Engineering, or Science/Environment.
• Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
• More than 5 years of direct experience working in an Operator environment supporting EHS-related matters.

2. Scope of Work:

The Senior EHS Specialist will be responsible for:

• Providing daily EHS support to the asset.
• Conducting compliance evaluations and gap assessments.
• Performing EHS assurances.
• Developing, updating, and rolling out EHS procedures.
• Providing safety coaching to personnel.
• Managing incident reporting and investigation.
• Leading EHS campaigns and initiatives.
• Preparing SIMOPS Plans and Bridging Documents.
• Tracking and closing EHS-related actions from audits and peer reviews.
