In your new role you will:
 

• Responsible for application packaging at SCCM environment.
• Collecting and understanding the requirements from application owner on the package request.
• Ensure the packaged applications are compatible with the SCCM environment and adhere to company standards.
• Provide technical consultation to application owner on the application testing and release.
• Provide 3rd level support on application installation issue from IFX App Store.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course.
• Intermediate programming in C# and PowerShell.
• Familiar in Microsoft Window environment and application setup / installation.
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
• Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
