a. Coordinate and drive HSE activities plant-wide under the direction of the Manager, HSE .

b. Plan, conduct, and follow up on regular workplace inspections to identify non-conformances, drive corrective

actions, and ensure timely closure.

c. Lead and review risk assessments (HIRARC) and environmental impact assessments and recommend

effective control measures to mitigate safety and environmental risks.

d. Oversee scheduled waste management, including generation monitoring, record keeping, reporting, and

compliance with DOE regulations.

e. Lead or coordinate workplace accident, near-miss, and occupational health investigations, including root

cause analysis and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.

f. Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE Policies, HSE SOPs, and HSE

programs to ensure compliance with legal, authority, and company requirements.

g. Manage and monitor PPE and emergency response equipment inventory to ensure adequacy, readiness,

and compliance with operational and emergency needs.

h. Maintain, review, and control HSE documentation, records, and reports in accordance with legal, regulatory,

and authority requirements.

i. Support audits and inspections by internal teams, customers, and regulatory authorities, including

preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions.

j. Perform coaching and awareness activities to promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
