Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Executive - Agency Business Support

  • The primary responsibility is to manage and follow up all pending matters across various departments within the company, including underwriting, claims, policy servicing, branch operations, customer-related issues, and system issues and System UAT test.
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing key business quality metrics including persistency, medical claim ratio, and payment methods to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

 

  1. Pender Management
  • Proactively track, follow up, and resolve pending cases across various departments including underwriting, claims, policy servicing, branch operations and customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expedite the resolution of pending matters and ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of pending cases for reporting and analysis purposes.

2. Business Quality Management

  • Monitor and analyze key business quality metrics such as persistency, medical claim ratio, and payment methods.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement related to business quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and initiatives to enhance business quality and performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on business quality metrics for management review and decision-making.

3. System UAT Test for Agency channel related Systems

  • Collaborate with the IT department to identify system enhancements and relevant deployments for the agency related systems.
  • Perform UAT test plans and scenarios tailored to agency-specific requirements to ensure system functionality and usability meet business needs and standards.
  • Compile and feedback regularly on the systems defects and recommendations for improvement.

 

Requirements

  1. Possesses a Degree in Business Studies, Insurance, Marketing or any related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Insurance industry.
  3. Strong communication skills and able to deal with all levels of people.
  4. Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
