Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Executive Asset Management (Administration & Purchasing Dept)

Scope of Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall control of physical fixed asset from registration, transfer, loss and disposal of fixed assets for Prolintas Group of Companies. The responsibility includes the establishment of policy, procedures and reporting to the Management on the status of physical fixed assets as well as inventory and scrap metal. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To establish the relevant policy & procedures governing control on fixed assets, inventory, and scrap metal for Prolintas Group of Companies.
  2. To communicate and ensure all control mechanism is effective and comply with by employees of Prolintas.
  3. To educate and conduct training on matters related to handling and managing physical fixed assets, inventory, and scrap metal for Prolintas Group of Companies.
  4. To maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  5. To ensure proper record of fixed asset, inventory and scrap metal is up to date and maintained in accordance with the policy & procedures.
  6. To prepare for monthly activities’ report and other relevant reports and submit to the superior on timely basis.
  7. To provide guidance, coaching and conduct an engagement with Prolintas Group of Companies.
  8. To conduct inspection and confirm status of physical fixed asset and tagging for Prolintas Group of Companies.
  9. To represent as a witness for disposal of scrap metal and fixed assets for Prolintas Group of Companies.
  10. To comply with all approved standard companies’ policies and procedures that were approved by the Management.  
  11. To undertake other additional roles and responsibility from time to time as per instruction from the Superior and Management.

Qualifications:

Possess a Degree in Office Management / Administration or other relevant qualification in handling of fixed assets, inventory, and scrap or equivalent

Experience:

  1. Min 3 - 4 years relevant experience in a similar role in document control and record management
  2. Possess good knowledge in office management, processes and ISO standards. 
  3. Pleasant personality, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills  

Skills Required: 

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  2. Good knowledge in office management, storage management.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Good report writing and document management experience
  5. Well-versed in ISO Standards and related legislation requirements.
