Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing - Collaborative Environment

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to join our Corporate Communication team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and promoting Sunway Medical Centre Velocity as the preferred healthcare destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to elevate Sunway Medical Centre Velocity's brand presence on social media platforms and digital channels.
• Support in building a strong and effective brand along with aligning with hospital & Sunway Healthcare Group’s objective
• Curate engaging content for various digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the hospital website.
• Work closely with designers to enhance website user experience and ensure consistency with brand identity.
• Implement SEO and SEM best practices to optimize online visibility and drive traffic to the hospital website.
• Plan and monitor social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails through targeted channels.
• Manage database and bulk email application to maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Take the lead in corporate communication initiatives and activities to achieve business objectives.
• Provide guidance to the team and ensure adherence to campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the maintenance of the hospital website and e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
