We are working with a well-established Bursa listed Construction Group that is a leading pioneer in its field. As part of business growth and rapid expansion, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Finance Team.

The new role

Reporting to Finance Manager, you will be involved in financial and management reporting, month-end closing, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Bursa reporting and managing the year-end financial audit. You will be responsible for the preparation of the annual plan, cashflow reporting and variance analysis. You will drive group-wide improvement initiatives and lead finance-related projects to improve productivity and compliance. You will also be exposed to ad-hoc Finance projects from time to time.

Requirements to succeed

You are an Accounting graduate with 4-6 years of experience in relevant fields. A Chartered Accountant certificate holder with a blend of external audit as well as experience from a construction industry background will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should be adaptable, meticulous, committed and able to work independently as well as collaborate well with your team members.
