Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor projects and daily jobs well.
- Communicate with customers proactively to advise of project delay (if any), progress and/or to gather information necessary.
- Communicates clearly and directly with Customer Service and Support team and internal stakeholders to ensure project and job requirements are understood so as to meet the customer's expectation.
- Responding and taking actions to customers' enquiries and complaints.
- Ability in handling implementation of a new product end to end or an entirely new account successfully.
- Preparation of quotation for stationaries (materials), coordinate program development; have product knowledge as to the gist of data transmission product requirements as well billing process and postage arrangements.
- Ability in managing existing accounts without having complaints of inaccurate reporting (monthly Service Level Agreement performance), negative feedback from customers which is within company's control.
- Ability to attend meetings independently on progressive meetings, ad-hoc projects, enhancement, issues pertaining payment, complaints, audit visits enquiries and any other meetings which are account management and customers service related.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Good communication skill in spoken and written English.
- Result and customer oriented
- self-motivated and a fast learner to assigned responsibilities
- Good task management and cross functional team coordination skills (a team player)
- Proactive, organize and patience in handling and attending to customers enquiry and project requirements.
- Preferably with experience in outsource service and printing industry.
- Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
