Responsibilities:

Responsible for the recruitment of students from local and international countries and the sales and marketing of services offered by the University.
Devise effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of international and local students.
Handling enquiries and counseling to prospective students/parents to enroll in the University.
To participate in road shows, education fairs and other marketing activities as may be required.
Responsible to work in a team for the achievement of business goals and recruitment targets.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ experience in international student recruitment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
A deep understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics in various international regions.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
