Senior Executive (Marketing), Bancassurance
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role of this position involves maintaining and developing renewal accounts (Commercial Business), grow core businesses in line with Banca strategy, ensure high renewal retention, explore cross selling opportunities and provide servicing to bank and customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Renewal role for Commercial Business
- Track and monitor renewal listing, provide renewal quotation/notice, follow up with clients and update status of renewal accounts.
- Review, analyse and identify scope of cover required, check adequacy of existing cover and to cross sell and up sell when appropriate.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and business partners.
- Achieve growth, profitability and renewal retention related to renewal accounts.
- Handle underwriting, claims, operations, premium collection and reconciliations related to renewal accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company’s guidelines and procedures at all times.
Cross Selling Initiatives
- Assist in developing and execute strategic action plans to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Build close working rapport with internal and external stakeholders to drive and achieve Product/Campaign initiative
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in any field AND / OR
- AMII / ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications
- Experience
- Min 2 years of experiences in Insurance Industry
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
