SALARY RANGE: RM4000 - RM 5500

The Role:

You’ll be part of the Next Day team here in Teleport, working on making next day express delivery accessible to every single business and brand in South East Asia. We’re looking for someone who’s curious about what it takes to build a business from the ground up, and who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Your days will be varied, and there will be opportunities to learn and work alongside our Product, Marketing and Operations teams as we build and sell the cheapest and fastest delivery service in ASEAN.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively engaging prospective customers (small-to-medium businesses) through cold calling, social media outreach and referrals.

  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to SMBs on our Next Day product.

  • Warm and convert cold leads into loyal customers by understanding their delivery challenges and keeping them engaged with our solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a small portfolio of larger e-commerce brands, consolidators and fulfilment houses.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client-specific requirements and deliver seamless solutions.

  • Conduct regular account reviews to uncover additional business opportunities and potential for revenue growth.

Requirements

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

  • (Must-have) Ability to read, write and sell in Mandarin - this role involves pitching to brands who have an audience base in China and HK

  • Fluency in Cantonese is a plus

  • Proficiency in English

  • 1-2 years of sales/business development experience is preferred
