Senior Executive, Corporate Finance Unit, Group Finance - Career Growth Potential

• Evaluate corporate proposals such as M&A, expansion, fund-raising, REIT-related and etc
• Assist in fund-raising exercises including Sukuk, bank financing, and other financing mechanisms.
• Analyze new investment and business opportunities through financial modeling to assess their viability and potential returns.
• Assess Group Gearing and monitor financial covenants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review projections and analyze hospital and support services strategic proposals to provide valuable insights to the management team.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders engagement with principal advisers, independent advisers, legal advisers and other relevant parties for corporate exercises
• Prepare Audit Committee, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors papers as necessary, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Assist in Ad Hoc projects where Corporate Finance expertise is required, providing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare presentations and papers for special projects such as Sukuk financing, increase in paid-up capital exercises, and other strategic initiatives.
• Assist in requesting information required from hospitals and other internal stakeholders to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in obtaining quotations from external parties and assess of appointment of external parties for various projects and initiatives.
• Assist in raising RFP or PAF for any matters in treasury function.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA) is a plus
• 3-5 years in Corporate Finance, investment banking (exposed to Main Market Listing Requirement)
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and other relevant financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or related sectors is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
