Senior Executive Development - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Key Responsibilities: 

• Carry out evaluation of RFP submissions and development options
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis on the RFP proposal 
• Oversee project implementation from inception to completion from evaluation, planning stage to authority submissions, launch and implementation of each development phases. 
• Carry out project management for all phases of the development including planning, coordinating, progress and quality assurance, risk mitigation and regular reporting to management.
• Manage teams of external parties including developers, operators, consultants, contractors, relevant federal or state authorities and other stakeholders
• To attend/conduct Client-Consultant meeting, site meeting.
• Participate in project planning from planning, construction and until project completion.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion within the deadline and according to the approved drawings and specifications.
• To be liaison with consultants/vendors/relevant parties on matters related to project implementation.
• Assist in implementing quality, safety & environmental management system, i.e. Policies, activities, instructions where are relevant as per SOP and ISO

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field. 
• Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will have an added advantage
• 4-7 years of experience as a project manager in a property development company or similar position 
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software and Microsoft office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
