Senior Executive, E-Commerce Operations

We are looking for a proactive and driven Senior E-Commerce Operations Executive to drive and optimize the day-to-day operations of our clients’ official flagship stores across major marketplaces. This role combines strategic marketplace management, e-merchandising, campaign execution, and performance analytics to ensure seamless store operations and deliver an exceptional brand experience.

What You'll Do

• Drive the strategic end-to-end setup and launch of official flagship stores across major marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), ensuring platform compliance while establishing best-practice operational frameworks.


• Oversee catalog management and SEO strategy, optimizing bulk uploads, attribute settings, and content scores to maximize product search visibility, CTR, and conversion rates.


• Strategize and execute technical campaign configurations, setting competitive pricing, stock allocations, and high-converting promotional mechanics like vouchers and add-on deals within Seller Centers.


• Safeguard store health standards and operational SLAs, proactively monitoring and optimizing key metrics (LSR, NFR, Chat Response Rate) to mitigate platform penalties and ensure account longevity.


• Optimize inventory integrity and cross-channel stock allocation, working closely with warehouse teams to manage data syncing and prevent overselling during peak traffic spikes.


• Analyze comprehensive performance data, evaluating traffic sources, conversion funnels, and fulfillment efficiency to generate actionable insights and optimize overall store growth.


• Liaise directly with marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs) and support teams to rapidly troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues, including product delistings and system glitches.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Owners and Marketing teams to translate high-level promotional strategies into flawless, error-free operational execution.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with 2–3+ years of proven e-commerce platform management or agency experience.


• Deep expertise in regional marketplace ecosystems (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) with advanced proficiency in performance analytics and Excel modeling.


• Exceptional English communication and client-facing stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment.


• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities, a sharp eye for detail, and a high degree of business acumen.


• Highly organized and agile project manager who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while balancing multiple key initiatives.


• Target-driven and results-oriented professional with demonstrated initiative and an ambitious self-starter mindset.
