SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, STRATEGY & PLANNING - Career Growth Potential

Reporting to and supporting the Head of Strategy & Planning in the following areas:

• Assist in all matters related to the formulation, execution, and completion of business strategies to maximise shareholders’ value and create value for stakeholders; 
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare requests and presentations for internal parties (Chief Executive Officer/Chief Business Officer and other senior management team) as well as external parties (investor relations, potential investors and advisers);
• Provide support as an internal consultant, contributing information and recommendations to enhance strategic business direction and decision-making through regular presentations of findings and analysis;
• Implement internal branding initiatives to ensure consistent communication of the organisation’s brand values; and
• Contribute to and support ad hoc and Special Projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent. 
• Excellent academic background with active participation in extracurricular activities and strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in investment analysis, corporate finance and corporate planning within the financial services industry. Audit background will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate financial acumen and the ability to analyse financial data for strategic decision-making.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Proficient in English with excellent report writing skills.
• Mature personality with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts.
• Proactive and initiative-driven, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, completing assignments independently and on time.
• Strategic and independent thinker, adept managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enjoy challenges, maintain a positive demeanor, and is self-motivated and versatile.
• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
