SENIOR EXECUTIVE, FINANCE (REPORTING)

Job Description & Key Responsibility
1. Financial Reporting
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts of companies within the platform
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated management accounts of the platform
- Coordinate with external auditors for the annual statutory audits of subsidiaries.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial or accounting assignments or projects as required by the management
2. Budget & Financial Planning
- Coordinate the budget and forecast processes for subsidiaries to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in preparing, monitoring, and managing the monthly rolling cash flow of subsidiaries.
3. Research and assess key accounting matters and subsidiaries, such as evaluation, compliance and implementation of new accounting standards.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Assists in preparing and posting any adjustment for asset, liability, revenue and certain expense entries for entities within
the company and its subsidiary companies
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing
adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
4. Support manager in ad-hoc/special projects requested by Management
5. Liaison person with the internal departments and external auditors on financial and accounting matters. 

Job Requirement & Skills

• Degree in accounting and finance and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW/ACCA/MICPA/CPA (Aus.)
• At least five (5) years working experience in accounting and finance. 
• Well versed in statutory financial reporting, with knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and the financial provisions in the Companies Act. 
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and able to work independently self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented
• Good communication and interaction skills with all levels
• Demonstrate openness, honesty and trustworthiness in all areas, and while dealing with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and the communities.
