Senior Executive, Group Risk Management - Energetic Workplace

OSK Holdings is seeking a Senior Executive of the Group Risk Management team, to assist the Head of Department.

The job scope entails:

• Prepare reports to Risk Management Committee on risks while ensuring the enterprise risk management processes are in place and functioning effectively.
• Assist in determining approach to risk governance, instill right culture and ensure key risks are identified. Monitor exposure and ensuring action plans in place to mitigate risks. Provide oversight/review of systems and internal controls.
• Assist in design, implement and monitoring of risk management and its control systems and also to ensure effective risk processes and procedures. Identify and manage the business risks in accordance with policies/directions and to ensure quality, adequacy and timeliness of information to the Risk Management Committee and Board.
• Identify, assess and response to risk day-today activities.
• Assist in functions and responsibilities of risk management and to develop and sustain risk culture and behavior within the Group.
  Facilitate risk management process via formulation of risk system and tools; and gain assurance from effective operations and continues improvement.
• Assist in ensuring the risk consolidated reporting for the Group are carried out within the timeline required.
• Observe, comply and be conversant with all Acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations affecting the Group’s business and all other statutory modifications and reenactments as may be introduced thereto.

You'll meet the requirement if you possess the following:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in risk and basic Financial reporting 
• Possess tertiary education background in Finance & Accounting (preferably Bachelor's Degree).
