Senior Executive, Human Resources (Recruitment) - Dynamic Team

Responsibilities: 

1. To ensure quality and timely hires through a structured, creative recruitment process, which includes manpower planning and effective recruitment strategies to support the rapid growth of the hospital.
2. To lead foreign nurses’ recruitment for the hospital, liaise with related agents & authority bodies on foreign nurses’ quota application, work permits, TPC renewal and any other related processes.
3. To lead and work closely with the Nursing recruiter on nurses’ recruitment strategies, Head of Departments on all recruitment drive initiatives which include but not limited to walk in interviews, career fairs, career talks, agencies and education institutions.
4. To work closely with Brand & Communications team for all recruitment materials and external vendors for recruitment merchandise. 
5. To compile and analyze manpower statistics for management reporting and resource planning.
6. To review and evaluate recruitment policies, practices and procedures and ensure adherence to recruitment policies across the Group & Hospital.
7. To contribute to all activities undertaken by Human Resources department.

Requirement:

• Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working and hands-on experience in recruitment in a tertiary hospital.
• Good network in healthcare industry.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office tools e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power Point etc. 
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with high cognitive ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and levels.
• Proactive, resourceful, possess a sense of urgency and independent in managing own portfolio with very minimum supervision.
• Possess strong passion to lead and change through continuous innovation, strong team player and build strong partnership with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate innovative and analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving and recommend solution to the stakeholders.
