We are in need of a creative Senior Executive, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) to join our experienced team at Cenviro Sdn Bhd in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, including workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower budgeting, job requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related matters and provide administrative support to the team on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.
  • Responsible to entertain any government request such as labor department, immigration, MIDA, etc. by providing the information required
  • Manage the foreign worker application quota by liaising with the agency and hiring manager to ensure smoothly process and accordingly to the government rules and regulations.
  • Handle the full spectrum of recruitment of foreign workers management with Manpower Supply Company from the recruiting and staffing activities, manage onboarding as well monitor and maintaining employees/ foreign workers/ sub labor attendance record
  • Perform periodical audit on foreign workers management with Manpower Supply Company on accommodation in the hostel etc.
  • Oversee submission of foreign workers/expatriates’ audit documents, tax clearance documents, follow up claim/payback payments.
  • Oversee other job/issues pertaining foreign workers embassy, KDN, Immigration, Fomema, etc.
  • Ensure Manpower Supply Company renew passports and permits updated accordingly to SOCSO, LHDN, Bank, Fomema.
  • Implement performance management frameworks, processes (KPI setting, assessment, troubleshoot & calibration) and tools to set clear performance expectations, assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support employee development and career progression, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of organizational structure, processes, roles, and responsibilities to assess alignment with strategic objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend changes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and agility.
  • Analyze talent acquisition, recruitment, performance management, and organizational review data, metrics, and trends to assess organizational performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads and other key stakeholders to align talent acquisition, recruitment, performance management, and organizational review strategies with organizational goals, priorities, and values, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in talent management, performance management, and organizational development, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency to drive organizational excellence. 
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition, recruitment, performance management, and organizational review, and mitigate risks associated with employment laws, data privacy, and organizational change.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources field or a similar role.
    (Expertise in doing recruitment of workers level or mass recruitment including handle new & renewal application of foreign workers)

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Has relevant experience in handling government department such as Labor department, Immigration, MIDA, MIHA etc. by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.
  • Well verse in Malaysia Employment Act 1955, International Labor Organization (ILO) and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, communicate detailed information clearly both written and oral
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures.
  • Experience in managing Performance Management System
  • SAP system experience would be an added advantage 
  • Advocates creativity, champions different ideas, open to the ideas and opinions of others, and incorporating them into decisions.
