Job Responsibilities
- Assist to formulate and implement Technology Risk Management Framework (TRMF), Cyber Resilience Framework (CRF) and other IT related regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly IT risk reports and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist to perform monitoring of data security, data vulnerability, business continuity and IT compliance risk.
- Ensure adequate control measures including firewalls, security software and data encryption against any potential technology risk.
- Facilitate effective implementation of Securities Commission (SC) related initiatives.
- Provide advisory on IT projects and escalate any potential issues in a timely manner.
- Assist to conduct annual review on related policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date on technology risk and security matters.
- Assist to carry out other IT risk management duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree or recognized professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology risk.
- Possess any IT related certifications will be a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
