SENIOR EXECUTIVE (LEGAL & COMPLIANCE SECTION)

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate and conveyancing matters of the Company to ensure Company’s interest is protected
• Manage the Company’s litigation and/or alternative dispute resolution 
• Advise on the Company’s legal issues
• Oversee Legal debt recovery for water billing and miscellaneous billing cases
• Oversee the Company’s land matters
• Oversee the Company’s Date Privacy Licensing, Policy and Compliance 
• Assist in Secretarial and listing requirements
• Ensure all agreements at Human Resource Division are vetted and finalized for execution by the parties
• Ensure all matters regarding industrial relations i.e. litigation, disciplinary proceedings/domestic inquiry are completed on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) and approved by Malaysian Government 
• Minimum six (6) years practice as an Advocate & Solicitor of The High Court of Malaya
• Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent time management and task prioritization skills
• Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Positions offered is contract for one ( 1 ) year prior to the absorption into permanent posts and subject to job performance.
