Senior Executive, Management System & Business Applications

Company :

1. Manage and maintain ISO certification covering Service department to ensure continuous recertification for ISO9001 and ISO 1400.
2. Expand the scope of both management systems to cover the whole of CAT business.
3. Merge the 2 management systems into 1 to ease managing the systems and auditing process.
4. Maintain control of documents and ensure all processes performed in operations comply to set standard and SI while minimizing the number of CAR and increase compliance.
5. Develop and test SI and SOPs to be aligned with operational process.
6. Perform internal audit at each CAT pillars and branches, facilitate and guide on the CAR and non-compliance to prepare for external audit.
7. Tooling management – Ensure all calibration tools being sent for calibration and tools audit is performed at each branches.
8. To assist Manager – Departmental related matter as and when assigned.
