Senior Executive, Marketing (Property Industry) - Competitive Pay

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support the department SM on projects’ pre-marketing activities including establishing product USP, coordinate with ID consultant and oversee the completion of gallery and show units fit out to ensure timely launch of the projects.

- Coordinate with consultants, creative agencies and vendors on the development of A&P collateral, sales tools and ensure the accuracy of product information and meet the deadline requirements.

-  Involve in marketing planning, organizing events and monitor lead generation campaigns to sustain walk ins to galleries and achieve group salesKPI(s).

-  Responsible for the development and execution of innovative digital initiatives, optimize web channel and maintain online presence across all social media platforms.

-  Maintain and improve the functionality of Google ads and Facebook ads, ensuring all contents are communicated and displayed correctly and in a timely manner

-  Measure and report performance of Google ads, Facebook ads, Instagram and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

-  Planning group’s branding, promotional calendar & marketing activities

-  Responsible for compilation of reports and track group’s A&P expenses.

• Expertise in various digital marketing channels and will leverage your digital marketing knowledge to maximize online presence. Enhance brand visibility. 

Education Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing or Advertising
• Well versed in MS office
• Knowledge / Experience in Digital Marketing 
• Project / Construction Based Knowledge would be an advantage.
