JOB SUMMARY:
This position focuses on implementing strategies in Talent Management & Leadership Development. This position will also be responsible for being part of enforcing the innovative & engaging culture and engagement initiatives that will help bring the vision and values in the organization.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Management and Leadership Development
- Implement the Talent Management and Succession Planning Review processes to achieve and align with business goals and results through the creation of a talent pool.
- Develop and implement Talent Management strategies & initiatives including training needs, career development plan and engagement activities to develop and maximize the talent’s strengths and contribution.
- Initiate the strategies and drive a stronger succession plan for future leaders in terms of the Successor’s development plan that aligns with business values and culture.
- Monitor progress tracking and provide development consultation to identify Talent and Successors on their capability building based on their Individual Development Plan.
Management Trainee Program
- Plan and be hands-on with Talent Attraction and Employer Branding (Job Portals, School Ads, Job Fairs, social media, Outreach Initiatives etc) for management trainee program.
- Experiment creatively in expanding the company’s presence and outreach to develop a talent pipeline for the organization’s growth.
- Manage the Young Insurer Program and ensure the effectiveness in creating new talent pools.
HR Projects
- Assist in developing and implementing a meaningful, innovative and engaging communication program in aligning with company's culture, values, and engagement priorities in partnership with HR Business Partner and Business Leaders.
- Promote the designation and organize internal campaigns and activities to promote and encourage employee engagement in order to bring company's culture and values into realization.
- Any other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Possess a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Business Administration (General or in Human Resources) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the areas of culture change, employee engagement and or employer relations.
- Ability to influence the development of appropriate and effective solutions with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, content and graphic design tools will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to set, manage and excel challenging performance expectations.
- Highly analytical and able to dissect complex issues and provide straight forward solutions.
