Senior Executive, People Mobility & Rewards

JOB PURPOSE :
The role is responsible for daily people operations support activities to ensure timely, accurate and smooth end to end people mobility. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible to oversee the Company’s rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness
 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Work closely with both internal Line of Business and external parties, in alignment with each People Partners, to manage, coordinate and execute people mobility services, including transfers, secondment, relocation and contract renewals.
• Manage regular compensation and benefits activities, including the Company annual increment, Employee Performance Incentives, Promotion/Upgrading and Benefit Enhancement exercises.
• Support the review of compensation and benefit practices, which includes the gathering of local benefits, knowledge, best practices and carrying out the implementations and roll outs of the programs.
• Build internal relationships with different teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Participate in and lead or co-lead projects to ensure operational effectiveness across multiple functions
   

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

• Bachelors degree in any disciplines with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Have at least 7 years of related experience in People/HR Operations and Rewards Management activities in a dynamic and process-driven environment.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards operations is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and market practices related to compensation and benefits in Malaysia.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
