Senior Executive, Recruiter - Professional Development Opportunities

Job Summary
As a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all assigned business group and be responsible for the Talent Attraction Strategy in collaboration with Manager, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners. Provide best in class expertise and advice in partnership with hiring managers to provide a superior candidate experience, to secure the best talent quickly using effective and efficient workflow management. Be viewed as a trusted talent advisor and share market insights and intelligence as gathered from candidate interactions.
 

Recruitment

• Manage the whole recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing of potential candidates, salary negotiations, preparing and finalizing job offers.
• Manage effective recruitment timeframes and ensure opened positions are filled in a timely
  manner.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles through appropriate and targeted sourcing including good quality market intelligence.
• Facilitate and coordinate the development of job descriptions (“JD”) for every position. Ensure that the JDs are updated on a timely basis.
• Lead and manage recruiters to ensure the open requisitions are filled on timely manner.
• Analyse and prepare hiring data and reports and share insights with senior management and HR leadership team.
• Maintain an up-to-date master list of external recruitment agencies/consultants, comprehensive in supporting various business units and functions. 

Onboarding

• Coordinate and facilitate new employee on-boarding process.
• Ensure the work tools/facilities are assigned to the employees upon reporting for duty.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation programs.
• Strive to deliver a great employee onboarding experience.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent
• Min 8 years of solid talent acquisition specialist/ recruiter experience with proven track records, preferably from the oil & gas industry.
• Great attitude, able to meet deadlines and detail oriented.
• Good time-management and organizational skills - ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
• Experience in conducting different types of interviews (phone, online and face-to-face);
• Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu, both spoken and written.
• A critical thinker and possess good stakeholder management skills.
• Has strong sense of responsibility and accountability towards delivery and tasks assigned.
• Independent and able to perform in a fast-paced working environment.
