Responsibilities
Development of collaterals such as newsletter, social media contents, videos, letters and any other deemed necessarymunication to support business and recruitment needs. Work closely with stakeholders (internal and external) formunication-related matters and ensure all necessary approvals are in place before executing themunication Take proactive initiative in suggesting ways to improvemunication/creativity within the department/ division to drive business and recruitment needs. Oversee and support video production with the video production house, developing recruitment and business-related videos for events, promotion and more. Execute events both offline or on ground including but not limited to workshops, seminars, town hall, roadshows. To support in the pre-event, event and post-event preparation, within the key function of this role and participate in agency-related events. To support the preparation of reports within the department, and lead management administration To support agency related live streaming To drive media platform members, followers, and engagement Key Requirements At least 2-3 years of experience inmunications, event and copywriting/content creation experience Candidate must possess learning in massmunication, mediamunication, journalism and/or social media Proficiency in design programme including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) Writing and proofreading skills are required. Excellentmunication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills Written and oralmunication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
