Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze the data
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Lead and manage the appointed sales agencies
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget
- Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the industry
- Managing Sales Gallery
- Responsible for all administrative tasks; documentation, reporting & filing
- Assist the team in any ad-hoc tasks and duties
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of property development / real estate industry experience in sales and marketing roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative thinking
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to read and write in Chinese
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a car
- Able to work late evenings and weekends
