Job Responsibilities
- Assist to administer smooth running of daily processes to support and provide premier service to the sales distribution channels & sales team.
- Responsible for managing and reporting sales progress data.
- Ensure information for sales channels is consistently updated and relevant information is disseminated to the staff, branches, sales force and relevant parties.
- To strengthen, establish and maintain good relationships with distributors.
- Assist to coordinate and implement marketing campaigns/programs.
- Assist to facilitate training and marketing events and roadshows.
- Manage on-boarding process for IUTAs.
- Manage all documentation, applications, approvals, inquiries and correspondences in relation to the distributors including DA, SLA and AMLA questionnaires.
- Assist in carrying out other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by Company.
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or any equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably candidate with Unit Trust/Investments knowledge.
- Prior experience in IUTA servicing will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Data-oriented and highly analytical.
