Senior Executive, Security (Alamanda Shopping Centre) - Hiring Fast

Responsible for all aspect of Physical Security, administering, planning and organizing the Security department and accountable for protecting the Shopping centre, the retailers and Shopper. To organize and lead all security operations of Alamanda while creating and preserving an environment where mall customers, employees, and the property are safe and well protected.

• To oversee the overall Security operations of Alamanda Shopping Centre.

• Participate in the planning and implementing of emergency and contingency plan.

• To report and brief incidents of serious nature / criminal cases.

• Organise and control traffic in the event of traffic congestion at the centre.

• Ensure all Security personnel well versed in the area of Fire Fighting, crowd control and others aspect pertaining to the Security

• Ensure centre procedure and SOPs are adhered to.

• Coordinate with Security Company on manpower planning.

• Control budgets for security operation and monitor expenses within budget

• Ensure appropriate action plan is taken to reduce crime cases

• Conduct inspection and appropriate follow through of corrective action as far as practicable towards retailers and support retailers who has high pick pocket and theft cases

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Alamanda Putrajaya.

• Preferably at least Assistant Managers specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
