Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Client Coverage - Generous Compensation

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for provision of corporate advisory and related services to clients.
• Provide support to various team members in complementing project management / co-ordination of engagements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with product partners to offer optimal product solutions to clients.
• Liaison with external advisors and clients to ensure successful completion of engagements.
• Assist to prepare concept papers/proposals/presentation papers/mandates.
• Maintain and enhance close business rapport with clients and associates to ensure continuous business support.
• Undertake research and conduct financial analysis/assessment on potential clients/opportunities.

​Job Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in deal origination/deal execution in relation to Corporate Finance and/or Debt Capital Markets.
• Shortlisted candidate will be required to obtain a Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) in Advising on Corporate Finance, issued by the Securities Commission Licensing Authorities.
• Financial modelling skills are highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Good analytical skills for problem solving and deals structuring as well as attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
