We are in need of a competitive Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Learning & Organisational Development to join our high-achieving team at SEG International Bhd in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with heads of departments and managers to identify training needs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the Group. 
  • Assist and manage the development, delivery, and coordination of all internal and external training programmes.
  • Engage and work with training providers to develop suitable content for training programmes/courses.
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Facilitate and implement performance management programs, including performance appraisal and goal setting.
  • Assist and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees on performance management and development progress.
  • Monitor and analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Familiar with the Balance Scorecard and KPI tools.
  • In-charge of HRDF training grant application/claims process.
  • Work on other HR related areas such as performance management, succession planning, HR Audit, etc.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related qualification.
  • Train-The-Trainer Certification is an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a related field
  • Familiar with the entire training process from TNA to Post Training Evaluation.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management, Competency Based Assessment and Training, Talent Management and Succession Planning.
  • Good organisation, interpersonal and effective training delivery skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language. 
  • Able to conduct training, lead and drive the training session.
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, etc.
