Senior Export Sales Executive - Generous Compensation

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence internationally, developing new business opportunities, and maximizing sales of healthcare products in export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive export sales growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and prospect potential customers and markets in international regions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders in export markets.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and delivery to export markets.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers.
7. Negotiate sales agreements and terms with customers to secure profitable business deals.
8. Monitor and track sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
9. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
10. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and compliance requirements related to export sales.

What makes you successful:

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the export sales / international sales or relevant working experiences is required for this position.
• Experience in managing key account export customers. 
• Have some knowledge with government regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge in international logistic and requirement ensuring logistics operation is compliance with the trade regulation and procedure and to confirm all the shipment are smooth and in timely basis.
• Able to work independently and good interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated strategic, analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated positive relationship building skills; effectively builds trust across work groups.
• Preferred have relevant export sales and marketing experience
• Preferred familiar with various online platforms, for example, Alibaba
• Experienced in handling export documents i.e. Invoice, Packing list, shipping documents and LC documents.
• Experience in International business development and marketing including liaising with Matrade Malaysia on overseas business opportunities.
