We are looking for a Technical Executive to ensure effective execution of Nestlé Professional MY Trade assets deployed to the customer's site, process improvement, and the maintenance of production assets to ensure safety and quality for manufacturing excellence.

A day in the life of...

• Ensuring 100% on time documentation application of export post shipment documentation and rectify any documentation discrepancies found within the allocated time frame.


• Manage the documentation focused on pre and post shipment by ensuring updates and information is done in a timely manner and is compliant with the law.


• Ensuring 100% documentation sharing and submission to enable on time clearance by customer.  Documents must be completed within the timeframe to ensure customer require attestation and legalization or bank submission. Prompt follow up with OGA or factories for the missing documents.


• Ensuring on time feedback/resolution to any query from customer. 


• Working closely with Export Customer Service team on the loading progress and completion for Export pre and post shipment documentation purpose.


• Actively build a good relationship with liners/customs broker/Air freight agent.


• Involved in continuous improvement projects to support the efficiency and effectiveness of shipments.

What Will Make You Successful,

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical or equivalent;


• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field (at least 1 year in the foodservice industry)


• Good communication, presentation & PR skills required
