Senior Field Application Engineer (Inverter/VFD/VSD)

Job description

We are a vibrant and dynamic team focusing on industrial automation market in Malaysia & Singapore. You will be responsible for field application of variable speed drive. Get down to the field, get your hands on, and communicate with customers often will be your daily routines. Full training will be provided since we do not believe in sending untrained personnel out into the fields. The structure of our team makes it ideal for knowledge sharing and training for candidates who love to work in a team. You will enjoy working in an open and family-oriented corporate!   

Responsibilities

• In Charge of field application of our core product (focus in VSD/VFD/Inverter)
• Configure core products according to customers’ requirements.
• Troubleshoot customers’ problem on our products. 
• Provide training to customers.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering 
• Min 3 years' experience in related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in other motion control products (Servo, PLC, HMI, Robot) is an added advantage
